How are our products made ?
I work directly with my sourced suppliers in small quantities to avoid wasteful production. Because of this method of production bespoke garments made to order take a little longer to be fulfilled. Please give time for the designer to curate all the necessary vibes and other bits to bring your chosen piece to life.
Due to the fact that we are a small business, it takes up to 2 weeks to fulfill your order, then shipping time in addition will depend on your local or international whereabouts.

Firstly I am sincerely sorry about this potentially happening, but because i we are human I am hoping I am already forgiven… you can still be though, I get it <3
Please don’t hesistate send send me a preferrably unangry email detailing the error and I will gladly rectify it either with a refund or the initial item purchased. [subjective to circumstances of situation]

Unfortunately we are not liable for any costs if the address was incorrectly detailed on your side once the order has been processed. However it would not hurt to pop me an email to request for a cancellation if the order piece has not been processed yet and and or allocated to someone else.
